General Donation Policy: As UJWALA ABYASA FOUNDATION is a non-profit charitable organization, all donations made towards our causes are strictly non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is immediately allocated toward our charitable activities and programs.
Accidental or Duplicate Deductions: In the rare event of an erroneous deduction or if a transaction is duplicated due to technical errors, we will review the case. You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction by emailing ujwalaabyasafoundation@gmail.com with your transaction details, proof of deduction, and contact information.
Review Process for Errors: Upon receiving a valid request for a technical error, our finance team will investigate the transaction with our payment gateway partners. If verified as an accidental duplicate charge, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions: If you have opted for a recurring donation or membership plan, you may cancel your future deductions at any time. To stop future deductions, you must inform us at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle via email, or manage your mandate directly through your bank or the respective payment gateway. Past deductions under recurring plans remain non-refundable.
80G Tax Exemption Receipts: For successful donations, an 80G tax exemption receipt will be generated and issued. Please ensure you provide accurate PAN card and contact details during the donation process, as receipts once generated with the provided details cannot be reissued with modifications.
